The Battle Of Our Dear Chagossians Is Far From Over

The Supreme Court of Britain has declared its verdict that Chagossians will not be allowed to come back to their natal island. This decision of the House of Lords dates back to 22 October 2008. The verdict will be made public by the Supreme Court in the coming days.
If the Supreme Court of Britain decides to go against the decision of the House of Lords and thus pronounces a decision that is in the favour of the Chagos Refugees Group, it will be a true stepping stone in the sovereignty dispute of the Chagos Archipelago.
