His behavior was unworthy. This was argued that the magistrate Niroshni Ramsoondar strongly condemned the actions of Kissor Kishnah Kumar, a 53 year old teacher.
This oriental language teacher was convicted on Thursday 28 July to sexual touching of a student of six years, five after the fact. Sued at the intermediate court for indecent acts against a minor, he pleaded not guilty.
The case dates back to 30 June 2011. On that day the accused was replacing a colleague. The girl told during the trial that she was in Standard I and that the incident occurred during an oriental language class. Her friends were present.
According to the girl, the teacher asked him to sit next to him and he took her on his lap. He then kissed her on the cheek and touched her private parts. She said she had pain.

The girl was asked to return to her place. After his desires appeased, he had ordered her to remain silent.
On the same day the girl told her mother that she was a victim of sexual touching by her teacher in the classroom. She also told her maternal grandmother she felt burning in her private parts.
The case was referred to the police and the child was examined by a forensic doctor. The latter noted redness around her private parts.
In his defense, the teacher who was represented by Pooja autar-Callychurn, State Counsel, has denied the charges against him. He said the girl made false allegations against him. However, the judge rejected his version.
