A week after his abduction in Madagascar, the Mauritian Raj Doolun could return home. He was released in the evening of Friday August 19, according to sources close to his family.
Raj Doolun, CEO of the Uditec company, representative of the Samsung brand in the Big Island, is in shock. A ransom was paid to the kidnappers. His family and Uditec has been negotiating with them.
He was leaving his residence in Ankorondrano, southeast of Antananarivo, on Saturday August 13 when Raj Doolun was kidnapped. Former Chief Executive Officer of Courts, he lived for some time in Nairobi before traveling to Madagascar.
