In his complaint drafted by the attorney A.O. Jankee, Navin Ramgoolam says he feels defamed by the comments made by Sir Anerood Jugnauth at the meeting of the alliance Lepep on May 1, 2016 at Vacoas.

Sir Anerood Jugnauth addressed several issues on that day. He spoke, among others, the “disappearance of a statement at a police station,” and had made several allegations against Navin Ramgoolam at the meeting.
